Keep track of your shipping costs

By taking control of your shipping costs you can save a lot of money. The freight calculation in tls can be used independently or as part of other tls modules.

Standalone you use the system to make ongoing calculations and get a price for a freight before placing an order. If you use freight calculation together with the shipping system, the basis for a calculation is taken from an actual shipment and the result is saved for later reconciliation against the invoice, manually or electronically.

Quotation registration can handle:

multiple sending/receiving locations
distance based rates
zip code based rates
break point calculation
volumetric calculation
weight rounding
multiple currencies
additional costs, based on:
- real weight
- volumetric weight
- weight intervals
- zip code intervals
- length of the goods
- distance
- number of packages
- number of customs items
- invoice amount

Analyzis

You can use the analysis tool in tls to compare quotes and contracts for tenders. You also have the possibility to analyze historical data and existing agreements. The basis may be statistics from a freight forwarder or consignments in tls. This way you can follow up and keep track of your shipping costs. The result is exported to Excel for further processing or presented as a diagram directly in the program.

Electronic invoice control

Some freight forwarders can send the invoice electronically, which can be loaded into tls with automatic reconciliation against previous freight calculation.

Integration

tls is for the most part a standard system that offers a very high degree of customization. The system is easy to integrate with the outside world, for example with the company's business system. tls is prepared with several different interfaces that can connect tls with other systems.

Transport

tls has built-in support for all major freight forwarders and has the tools you need to interact with them. The solution is updated as the freight forwarders change or add something to their specifications.

Customs

tls is approved by the Customs Administration and our customs management is at the forefront. We closely monitor any changes that come and you can always be sure to have the latest regulations available for import, export and transit.
